REFUND POLICY

At THERAWHAIRUK , all items are made to order to ensure the highest quality and customisation.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Incorrect length or texture selection by the customer
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Delays caused by the courier

All custom services are strictly non-refundable. This includes colouring, customisation, or any alterations made to wigs or bundles. Once your order has been processed and customised, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

SHIPPING POLICY.

All orders are processed within 3–7 working days (pre-order basis). Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping options:

  • Standard Tracked Delivery: £6.99 (1–2 working days after dispatch)
  • Next Day Delivery: £12 (orders must be placed before 4PM – applies after processing)
  • Free Delivery on orders over £300

All orders are shipped using trusted couriers such as DPD and Royal Mail, and tracking information will always be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by the courier
  • Lost or stolen parcels once dispatched

Once your order has been handed to the courier, it is out of our control.

CHARGEBACK & FRAUD POLICY.

We take fraud and chargeback attempts very seriously.

All fraudulent claims, including false “item not received” reports, will be fully investigated. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback with valid evidence, including proof of delivery, tracking information, and order confirmation details.

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback without valid reason may result in:

  • Immediate cancellation of current and future orders
  • Permanent refusal of service

Legal action may be taken in cases of proven fraud.

HAIR CARE.

Our products are made from high-quality raw and virgin human hair and require proper care to maintain their quality.

We are not responsible for any damage caused by:

  • Improper maintenance
  • Excessive heat
  • Use of unsuitable products
  • Bleaching, colouring, or chemical processing after delivery

Proper care and maintenance will ensure long-lasting, beautiful results from your hair.

All wigs are pre-customised for your convenience. This includes plucking and knot bleaching to create a natural, ready-to-wear finish.

Each order may also include complimentary accessories such as:

  • Edge brush
  • Scrunchie
